The short answer

What do seven casinos’ terms say about withdrawals and closed accounts?

They differ most where money can be lost. TuffPuff, Winshark and Slots Vader confiscate winnings after a missed 30-day document deadline and cancel pending withdrawals during a break; Wintino and AquaSpins void a balance left on a closed account; five of the seven can charge EUR 5 a month on an inactive account. The file holds all 102 rules with their clauses.

Where the rules differ most

The 102 rules cover the same questions at each casino, so the differences line up. These are the ones most likely to cost a player money:

  • A missed document deadline. TuffPuff and Winshark (clause 2.5) and Slots Vader (clause 2.6.1) confiscate winnings and close the account if documents are not sent within 30 calendar days. Wintino and AquaSpins also give 30 days but say only that payment can be withheld (clause 5.3). See when a casino can keep your winnings.
  • A break cancels a pending withdrawal at TuffPuff, Winshark and Slots Vader: a break of at least 24 hours sends the money back to the balance (clauses 4.2, 4.4). See breaks, self-exclusion and pending withdrawals.
  • A balance left on a closed account. Wintino and AquaSpins void all funds on an account closed with a balance or a pending withdrawal (clause 3.7). See closing an account with money in it.
  • Inactivity fees. Five of the seven can charge EUR 5 a month on an unused account: Wintino and AquaSpins after 180 days without a login, TuffPuff, Winshark and Slots Vader after 12 months without use. PlayBaze’s and Rivo’s general terms set none.
  • Minimum withdrawals run from no fixed amount at Wintino and AquaSpins to EUR 100 at Rivo (clause 6.13). See casino withdrawal limits and minimums.
  • Chargebacks. PlayBaze charges EUR 50 for each one (clause 9.1), TuffPuff, Winshark and Slots Vader deduct EUR 50 from the refund for each notification email (clause 6.2), and Rivo does not allow them (clause 4.11). See how to complain about an online casino.

The rules, casino by casino

Each row of the file is one topic at one casino. Where the general terms say nothing on a topic we compare, the row records that instead of leaving a gap: four rows do.

The licence records

The second file has one row per casino: the regulator record we found, who it names and when we checked it. Five casinos have a licence record; for one we found only an entry on an official list of blocked sites, and for one no record at all.

How we collected the data

The rules come from each casino’s general terms: PlayBaze, Wintino and AquaSpins read on 27 September 2026, and Winshark, Slots Vader, TuffPuff and Rivo read on 3 October 2026 from full copies of their terms pages. Each row sums up a clause in our own words and gives its number; it is not a quotation, and the terms remain the reference. These are the same records our reviews and guides use, so the files change when we recheck a casino.

The licence records are the regulator records named in each review, with the dates we first and last checked them. Every domain a record lists is in the file as plain text; listing a domain is not a recommendation of it.

Frequently asked questions

Are the rules in the casino terms data quoted word for word?

No. Each row is our plain-English summary of one or more clauses, with the clause numbers so you can find the original wording in the operator’s terms. Where the general terms say nothing on a topic, the row says so instead of guessing.

When were the casinos’ terms read?

On 27 September 2026 for PlayBaze, Wintino and AquaSpins, and on 3 October 2026 for Winshark, Slots Vader, TuffPuff and Rivo, those four from full copies of their terms pages. Terms can change without notice, so check the version shown to your account before relying on a rule.

Which licence records does the dataset include?

One row per casino: the record we found, the company it names, its licence number, what it showed and when we checked it. Five casinos have a Curaçao or Anjouan licence record; for Wintino we found an entry on the Czech Telecommunication Office’s blocked-site list, and for AquaSpins no record.

Evidence and sources

Research basis
Summaries of the general terms of PlayBaze, Wintino and AquaSpins, read on 27 September 2026, and of Winshark, Slots Vader, TuffPuff and Rivo, read on 3 October 2026 from full copies of their terms pages. The licence records were checked on the dates shown in the table.
What this does not establish
A clause shows what an operator reserves the right to do, not how it treats a particular account. Bonus terms, payment pages and country rules are separate documents and are not in this file, and no account was opened.
