The short answer
Is PlayBaze casino legit? What the records show
- Licence record:
- Found. A Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) certificate lists playbaze.com under Latcas B.V., licence OGL/2024/1676/0905, checked 27 September 2026; it gives licensing since 19 May 2025, while the register shows an issue date of 19 May 2026. playbaze.co is on a separate Anjouan licence held by Neomatrix Ltd.
- Pay attention to:
- Clause 8.2 reserves an 8% deduction, minimum EUR 4 or equivalent, if a deposit has not been wagered at least once, and clause 8.6 lowers the monthly withdrawal limit to EUR 5,000 once the balance reaches 10 times total deposits. Do not gamble more to avoid a charge.
- Still unresolved:
- As of 27 September 2026, which licence covers playbaze4.com, where the partner link led; how the Curaçao and Anjouan records relate; which of two complaint time limits applies; and local authorisation.

Brand overview
A Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) certificate, rechecked on 27 September 2026, lists playbaze.com among Latcas B.V.’s approved domains, and PlayBaze’s general terms (last updated 2 June 2026) publish its withdrawal fee and monthly limits. Two points need care: the certificate gives licensing since 19 May 2025 while the authority’s register shows an issue date of 19 May 2026, and the partner link led to playbaze4.com, which neither record lists. The site’s menu offers casino games, live games, sport, live sport and esports.
We have not opened an account, deposited, played or withdrawn at PlayBaze. Website access was checked on 22 September 2026, and the general terms were read again on 27 September 2026; the dated policy sections record their own checks. Affiliate approval does not establish licensing, safety or eligibility.

Source: PlayBaze General Terms, last updated 2 June 2026. A published rule does not show how it is applied to an account; we have not tested any.
Compare PlayBaze’s rules with the six other operators’ on withdrawal limits and minimums, withdrawing an unplayed deposit and closing an account with a balance.
PlayBaze fees and limits: two worked examples
Both examples use invented amounts to show how the published clauses work; they are not observed charges.
- The deposit fee: on an unplayed EUR 20 deposit, 8% would be EUR 1.60, so the EUR 4 minimum in clause 8.2 applies instead. Assuming the fee comes out of the deposit, EUR 16 would be returned. Wagering the deposit once removes the fee.
- The monthly limit: with deposits totalling EUR 500 and a balance of EUR 6,000, the balance is 12 times deposits, so clause 8.6 sets the lower limit of EUR 5,000 a month. With a balance of EUR 4,000, 8 times deposits, the limit would be EUR 10,000.
Ask the operator how it measures the balance and which deposits it counts before relying on either figure, and do not deposit or gamble more to change the result.
PlayBaze verification: which documents does the policy request?
PlayBaze’s Know Your Customer (KYC) policy lists government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding that ID, and a bank statement or utility bill, and says a withdrawal of any amount triggers full verification. The proof-of-residence guidance calls for a document issued within the previous three months and a name matching the ID.
There is a source discrepancy worth resolving: the KYC text refers to playbaze.co even though the policy was served on playbaze4.com. Ask support to confirm the policy and secure upload channel for your exact account before submitting documents. WagerSift does not collect identity documents.
Published policy checked on 23 September 2026: KYC policy.
PlayBaze withdrawals: return method and conditions
General Terms clauses 8.3–8.4 allow identity checks and normally require withdrawals through the method used to deposit. An alternative is discretionary and subject to further security checks. A card or wallet appearing on the site therefore does not establish that it can receive your withdrawal.
Clause 8.2 says no withdrawal commission applies after the deposit has been wagered at least once; otherwise it reserves an 8% deduction, with a minimum of EUR 4 or the account-currency equivalent. This is published wording, not a charge tested on an account. Confirm how the deduction would be calculated before depositing, and do not gamble more merely to avoid it.

How does PlayBaze describe its complaint procedure?
The dispute-resolution page asks customers to submit its complaint form to complaints@playbaze.com. It requests the account ID, incident date, a description with supporting evidence, registered contact details and preferred language. It states a six-month submission window from the incident, with different starting points for the specified unresolved-event cases.
The pages give different time limits: General Terms clause 21.4 states three days from settlement of the wager, while the separate dispute policy gives six months from the incident, subject to its stated exceptions. Their scope and precedence are not reconciled here. Do not assume six months covers every dispute; preserve the incident date and seek clarification promptly.
The page mentions external alternative dispute resolution without identifying a provider in the text inspected. Ask which body covers the operating entity and dispute before assuming an escalation route exists. We have not tested complaint handling or verified an external body's jurisdiction.
Published policy checked on 23 September 2026: Dispute-resolution policy · General Terms, sections 6, 8 and 21.
PlayBaze self-exclusion: why do the published instructions differ?
PlayBaze’s Responsible Gaming and Self-exclusion pages describe different routes and periods, and the site does not reconcile them. The Responsible Gaming page directs requests to customer support, describes a minimum six-month exclusion and separately offers a seven-day cooling-off period. The Self-exclusion page instead describes an online process without email or approval, with periods of one, three, five or ten years, or lifetime. It states that submission activates the restriction immediately. These are the site's published descriptions, not controls WagerSift has tested.
The pages do not reconcile those routes and periods. We cannot confirm which process an account will display, its activation time or the domains covered. If requesting protection, keep a record of the request and seek confirmation of its scope and activation through the site's verified support channel. Do not postpone seeking protection while waiting for this discrepancy to be resolved, and do not treat a pending balance as a reason to continue gambling.
Published policy checked on 23 September 2026: Responsible Gaming · Self-exclusion policy.
PlayBaze closed or locked accounts: where does the policy direct balance enquiries?
General Terms clause 6.11 directs ordinary closure requests to customer support from the registered email address. Clause 8.5 separately directs customers seeking a withdrawal from an inaccessible, dormant, locked or closed account to customer service. It provides an enquiry route, not a guarantee of payment, a stated response time or a complete balance-return procedure.
Keep the balance and withdrawal reference with the request, and identify whether you need ordinary closure or protection through self-exclusion. The differing self-exclusion instructions discussed above remain unresolved. Do not reopen an account or resume gambling merely to pursue a balance enquiry.
Published policy checked on 23 September 2026: General Terms, sections 6, 8 and 21.
PlayBaze monthly withdrawal limit: when does it change?
PlayBaze’s monthly limit depends on the balance: clause 8.6 of the General Terms, checked on 23 September 2026, states EUR 5,000 or the equivalent in another currency when the balance is at least ten times total deposits, and EUR 10,000 otherwise. Presenting only the larger figure would omit the condition.
The inspected clause does not explain the measurement point for the balance, the period included in total deposits or the monthly reset. Ask which figures and period the operator uses for your account. The redirected-domain policy context remains unresolved, and no account limit has been tested.
A monthly ceiling is not a promise that the amount will arrive within that month. Verification, return-method rules and other account conditions still need checking. Do not deposit or gamble more to try to change the ratio.

PlayBaze operator and licence check
On 27 September 2026, the Curaçao Gaming Authority's business-to-consumer (B2C) certificate for Latcas B.V. included playbaze.com in its approved-domain list, unchanged from our first check on 23 September 2026. The certificate identifies company number 165403 and licence OGL/2024/1676/0905, with licensing since 19 May 2025. This provides a primary-source connection between the supplied domain and the named licence holder.
The CGA register dated 21 September 2026, page 9, row 240, lists the same company and licence with an issue date of 19 May 2026, expiry “N/A” and status “Indefinite”. We have not established why the certificate and the register give different dates. On 27 September 2026 it was still the latest online-licence register on the authority’s register page, and its notice cautions that the overview does not guarantee current validity.
A second record concerns playbaze.co, the domain PlayBaze’s general terms and KYC policy refer to. On 27 September 2026, the Anjouan Gaming Authority register listed playbaze.co among six domains under Neomatrix Ltd, licence ALSI-202505032-FI2, “valid” until 28 May 2027: playbaze.co, iviwin.com, vavegame.io, slotsgem.net, hellwinz.com, tritonslots.net. Those names mirror the Curaçao list with different endings, but the holder is a different company. We have not established how the two records relate, and neither lists playbaze4.com, the destination observed during our website check. The findings also do not establish Irish authorisation or payment reliability.
Other domains under Latcas B.V.
On 27 September 2026, the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) certificate listed 9 domains under Latcas B.V.: hellspin.vip, hellwinz.net, ivibet.game, iviwin.net, latcas.com, playbaze.com, slotsgem.com, tritonslots.com, vavegame.com. WagerSift reviews PlayBaze from this list; the other domains are shown as plain text, without links, and are not reviewed or recommended. playbaze4.com, where our partner-route check led, is not on the list.
What to evaluate before joining
- Read country restrictions and account verification requirements before registration.
- Check which domain, licence and terms apply to the account you would open; the records above cover different addresses.
- On your own device, locate account controls, terms and the operator's verified support channel. We have not tested PlayBaze's mobile interface or support service.
- Look for spending limits, time-outs and self-exclusion information. Read our responsible gambling guidance; gambling is not a source of income.

WagerSift editorial conclusion
The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) certificate connects playbaze.com to Latcas B.V., while playbaze.co sits on a separate Anjouan licence and the observed destination, playbaze4.com, is on neither. PlayBaze's published policies also leave three practical questions:
- Which return method and deduction apply to an unplayed deposit?
- Which domain and account does the KYC policy cover?
- Which complaint deadline applies to the dispute?
The policy sections above explain these uncertainties. Their publication is not a rating or proof of payment reliability. If you are in a restricted jurisdiction or cannot establish eligibility, do not rely on this profile to proceed; choosing not to gamble remains an option.
Use the research checklist or browse the casino directory. Compare PlayBaze with Winshark, Slots Vader or TuffPuff.

Frequently asked questions
Can PlayBaze charge for withdrawing an unplayed deposit?
Yes, under its published terms. Clause 8.2 of the General Terms, inspected on 23 September 2026, reserves an 8% deduction, with a minimum of EUR 4 or the account-currency equivalent, when a deposit has not been wagered at least once. WagerSift has not tested the charge on an account. Confirm the applicable terms and calculation for your balance; do not gamble more merely to avoid a charge.
Read clause 8.2 and the withdrawal source notes →
Link to this answerDoes PlayBaze charge a fee to withdraw?
Only if the deposit was not wagered at least once: clause 8.2 then allows an 8% fee with a EUR 4 minimum, so the fee on an unplayed EUR 20 deposit would be EUR 4, not EUR 1.60. The general terms also allow an EUR 50 administration fee for each chargeback (clause 9.1).
Link to this answerWhat is PlayBaze’s minimum withdrawal?
EUR 10 per transaction, or the equivalent in your account currency, under clause 8.1 of the general terms last updated 2 June 2026. The exception is closure: when you close the account, the whole balance can be withdrawn even if it is less than EUR 10.
Link to this answerHow do I self-exclude at PlayBaze?
Email customer support from your registered address saying that you wish to self-exclude. Clause 6.9 says the request takes effect within 24 hours and the account stays disabled until you say otherwise; withdrawals from a locked or closed account then go through customer service (clause 8.5).
Link to this answerIs PlayBaze’s monthly withdrawal limit always EUR 10,000?
No. Clause 8.6 states a monthly limit of EUR 5,000 or currency equivalent when the balance is at least ten times total deposits, and EUR 10,000 otherwise. The review does not establish how the operator calculates that ratio for an account or guarantee payment within a month.
Read the conditional monthly-limit rule →
Link to this answerWhat licence evidence did WagerSift find for PlayBaze?
The CGA certificate checked on 27 September 2026 lists playbaze.com under Latcas B.V., licence OGL/2024/1676/0905, and the dated register lists the same holder and licence. playbaze.co appears instead on an Anjouan licence held by Neomatrix Ltd, and neither record lists playbaze4.com. How the records relate, and Irish authorisation, remain unconfirmed; none of this is a payment or safety guarantee.
Read the domain-specific evidence and its limits →
Link to this answerDoes PlayBaze require verification for a withdrawal?
Its public KYC policy says withdrawals of any amount require full verification and lists photo ID, an ID selfie and residence evidence. The policy retains an older domain reference, so confirm the applicable policy and secure upload channel for your account.
Read the KYC source and limitation →
Link to this answerWhere does PlayBaze direct formal complaints?
The published dispute policy directs its complaint form to complaints@playbaze.com and asks for account, incident and supporting details. Its six-month window differs from the general terms’ three-day wager-dispute clause. Their scope needs clarification; no external dispute-resolution provider has been verified.
Read the complaint procedure notes →
Link to this answerWhere is PlayBaze listed as supported?
PlayBaze is listed for 18 supplied markets. The RevenueLab affiliate manager supplied those entries; WagerSift lists only those countries and excludes the separately supplied restricted jurisdictions. This does not verify current registration acceptance or local authorization.
Read the supplied country list →
Link to this answerCan I use PlayBaze if my country is restricted or unlisted?
Not if it is restricted, and WagerSift does not treat an unlisted country as eligible either. A restricted country is excluded from PlayBaze availability on WagerSift; a country missing from the supported list is not assumed to be eligible even if it is absent from the restricted list. Check current operator terms and relevant local requirements; do not bypass restrictions.

Link to this answerHas WagerSift tested PlayBaze withdrawals?
No. WagerSift has not opened an account, deposited, played or withdrawn at PlayBaze. We describe published conditions but have not tested account-specific charges, limits, payment speed or reliability. No numeric rating or tested experience is claimed.
Link to this answerDoes WagerSift have an affiliate relationship with PlayBaze?
Yes. PlayBaze is a RevenueLab affiliate partner and marked Visit PlayBaze links use affiliate tracking. WagerSift may receive compensation. Commercial approval does not establish a licence, safety or suitability for any player.
