Returning an unused deposit while requesting an account break
Consider the same case for both brands: an unused deposit, no bonus and a wish to stop playing while recovering the balance. At Slots Vader the deposit cannot be withdrawn unplayed (clause 8.8), a refund must be requested within 24 hours and before play (clauses 10.1 and 10.2), and a break cancels any pending withdrawal. PlayBaze can charge 8%, at least EUR 4, on a deposit never wagered, and its own pages describe self-exclusion in two ways. Neither operator’s rules are a reason to delay protection.
PlayBaze — differing official account-control instructions. On 23 September 2026, the Responsible Gaming page described a support request and a minimum six-month exclusion, plus a separate seven-day cooling-off option. The Self-exclusion page described an online process with periods from one year to lifetime. The pages did not reconcile those routes or periods. Slots Vader — what its terms say about breaks. Slots Vader’s terms, read on 3 October 2026, say a “Take a break” of at least 24 hours cancels active withdrawal requests and returns the money to the balance, and that a withdrawal can be requested again when the break ends (clauses 4.2 to 4.4).
