The short answer

How do PlayBaze and Wintino differ when returning deposited funds?

Both charge for a deposit that has not been wagered once. PlayBaze allows an 8% fee with a EUR 4 minimum (clause 8.2); Wintino may cancel winnings and keep 10% of the last deposit, at least EUR 0.50, or 15% when funded by card or bank transfer (clause 6.8). Wintino also runs a separate refund process that must be requested within 24 hours.

Figures from each operator’s general terms, checked on : PlayBaze’s terms last updated on 2 June 2026 and Wintino’s version 1.12 of 19 August 2026. Where a row says the general terms are silent, that is not a zero fee or an unlimited amount.

A worked example for an unplayed EUR 20 deposit: Wintino’s clause names the last deposit as the base, so 10% is EUR 2, or EUR 3 at 15% for a card deposit, and the winnings may also be cancelled. PlayBaze’s clause names no base; if the 8% were taken on the deposit it would be EUR 1.60, so the EUR 4 minimum would apply. Ask each operator before relying on these figures, and do not gamble more to avoid a charge.

PlayBaze vs Wintino: unused deposits, refunds and withdrawals

Both brands publish conditions for withdrawing deposited money, even without a bonus. The useful distinction is the kind of request: returning an unplayed deposit, requesting an exceptional refund, or withdrawing an eligible balance. Comparing a fee clause with a refund deadline as though they describe the same service would give a misleading answer.

PlayBaze — unplayed-deposit condition. Clause 8.2 of the inspected General Terms reserves an 8% deduction, with a minimum of EUR 4 or its account-currency equivalent, where the deposit has not been wagered at least once. We have not established the calculation base or tested a charge. Clauses 8.3–8.4 also make verification and the return method relevant. This is not a confirmed quote for returning a particular balance. PlayBaze withdrawal clauses and source →

Wintino — withdrawal conditions and a separate refund process. Clause 6.8 requires a deposit to be rolled over once; if less was staked, Wintino may cancel all winnings and keep 10% of the last deposit (at least EUR 0.50), or 15% when the balance was funded by card or bank transfer. Clause 6.7 lets it decline a withdrawal if stakes in the calendar month stayed under EUR 20. Separately, section 6.6 describes discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances: a deposit used for a bet, including its associated bonus, is excluded, and support must be contacted within 24 hours of the transaction for consideration. That window is not a payout time or a deadline for all ordinary withdrawal complaints. Wintino refund scope and source →

Comparing the same request. Use the same scenario for both: no bonus, no bets, and a request to return the deposited balance. Establish the applicable clause, deduction base, minimum charge, verification and return route. If bets have already been placed, say so; the answer to an unused-deposit enquiry may no longer apply. These are research questions, not a suggested deposit or a test WagerSift performed. Separate deposit conditions from bonus wagering →

Two questions to take to the current terms

  • For PlayBaze, establish whether clause 8.2 covers the balance and how any deduction would be calculated. Do not gamble to avoid a charge.
  • For Wintino, establish whether the request falls under ordinary withdrawal conditions or the exceptional refund procedure, then obtain the relevant conditions in writing. Do not interpret the refund window as a payment promise.

Apply these checks in your market

The following markets appear in the supplied lists for PlayBaze and Wintino. Use the local research guides to investigate the questions that a country entry cannot answer. These guides do not confirm any operator’s local authorisation, account acceptance or payment support.

Where their market lists overlap

Australia, Canada, Italy, Czechia, Poland, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Norway.

These are shared declarations, not confirmed permissions. Wintino’s CZ entry conflicts with the Czech official blocked-site export checked on 23 September 2026 and still listed on 27 September 2026. Read the dated jurisdiction finding; Czechia should not be treated as verified eligibility for Wintino.

If your country is on both lists, the lists alone do not distinguish PlayBaze from Wintino. Confirm that each accepts residents of your jurisdiction under its current terms, and check the relevant local requirements independently.

Where the supplied lists differ

Listed for PlayBaze only

Spain, Greece, Portugal, Slovakia, Denmark, Hungary, Romania.

Listed for Wintino only

Belgium, Finland, GCC (supplied region), Croatia, SL (code awaiting clarification), New Zealand.

Wintino’s GCC entry is a region whose individual countries have not been confirmed. SL is preserved exactly as supplied and is not mapped to a country. Both count as entries, so 17 entries must not be read as 17 verified countries.

Who each profile may help

Researching PlayBaze

Start with its review when the decision is about an unplayed deposit and the published deduction condition. Check the policy domain and calculation base before treating the wording as applicable to your balance.

Researching Wintino

Start with its review when you need to distinguish a refund request from an ordinary withdrawal, or clarify account-dependent limits and payment scheduling. A published procedure does not establish that an individual request qualifies.

For either profile, verification preparation and the pending-withdrawal record guide help separate documents, account conditions and payment progress. Neither brand is recommended on the basis of these policy differences.

PlayBaze restrictions and source context

PlayBaze's supported and restricted lists were supplied by its RevenueLab affiliate manager. WagerSift excludes the restricted jurisdictions and does not infer support for unlisted countries. Read the PlayBaze country restrictions before relying on any market overlap.

WagerSift may receive compensation through marked PlayBaze affiliate links. The other profile's supplied information also has independent-verification limits. Commercial approval is not evidence of licensing, platform quality or player eligibility.

What this comparison cannot decide

This page cannot show how PlayBaze or Wintino calculates a deduction in practice, or whether either will accept your account. Before choosing either, work through the checks that apply to every comparison: eligibility, withdrawal terms, account controls and a record of the terms.

Our conclusion

Both brands publish a charge for a deposit that has not been wagered once: PlayBaze an 8% fee with a EUR 4 minimum, Wintino 10% of the last deposit (15% for card or bank-transfer funding) and possibly the winnings. Wintino also separates ordinary withdrawal rules from an exceptional refund process. Neither establishes the final amount or arrival time for an individual account. A meaningful choice requires comparable answers about the same balance, plus confirmation of local eligibility. The available evidence cannot name a cheaper, faster or safer operator.

Use the market differences to narrow your research, then read the individual PlayBaze review and Wintino review. If essential information remains unclear, waiting—or choosing not to gamble—is a reasonable decision.

Which markets are listed for only one of PlayBaze and Wintino?

7 entries appear only on PlayBaze's list and 6 entries only on Wintino's. PlayBaze alone lists Spain, Greece, Portugal, Slovakia, Denmark, Hungary and Romania; Wintino alone lists Belgium, Finland, GCC (supplied region), Croatia, SL (code awaiting clarification) and New Zealand. The differences describe source lists, not verified permissions.

Does PlayBaze or Wintino have faster withdrawals?

Neither can be shown to be faster. WagerSift has not tested deposits or withdrawals at PlayBaze or Wintino, and the withdrawal findings rest on published policy wording for both. Launch dates and market counts say nothing about payment speed.
