Winshark withdrawals: pending requests and instalments
Winshark’s terms, read on 3 October 2026, put a withdrawal through two stages before money moves: identity and account checks, then the finance department, which works Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3) and can postpone a request for further checks (clauses 2.4.1 and 9.2). No processing time in days is given. If a withdrawal is pending, ask which stage it has reached, and send any outstanding document only through the website or to kyc@winshark.com (clause 9.2.1).
The limits explain how a large balance can arrive in parts. At account levels 1–10 the terms allow EUR 500 per transaction and per day, with no more than 3 requests pending (clause 9.2), so a EUR 3,000 balance needs at least six withdrawals on six different days. The terms do not mention instalments, and the published case below does not say which level or limits applied to that account.
The money itself carries conditions. A deposit that has never been played cannot be withdrawn, and if your bets total less than three times the deposit, up to 10% of a withdrawal can be withheld (clauses 8.7 and 9.3). Do not gamble more to meet a condition; ask support in writing how your balance would be returned.
Winshark support and complaints
Complaints go to customer support first, then to support@winshark.com (clauses 26.1 and 26.2). The terms set no reply time and name no outside dispute body. If support cannot settle it, the Curaçao Gaming Authority will not decide the dispute, but it asks to hear about complaints because they can reveal breaches of the gaming law. Keep each payment’s reference and date with the replies.

Verification and the processing calendar
AskGamblers reports that Winshark’s document verification can hold up withdrawal processing and describes finance-department handling on weekdays. Winshark’s terms confirm both: processing follows identity and account checks and runs Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3) (clauses 2.4.1 and 9.2). Neither source says when funds will reach a bank.
Support information that needs reconciling
The AskGamblers reviewer describes live chat, email and a contact form for Winshark. However, the details table marks the FAQ section absent while the narrative describes one. We leave FAQ availability unresolved rather than selecting the more favourable version.

AskGamblers closed the Winshark complaint as resolved after the player confirmed that instalments had started arriving. That does not show the whole balance was paid.

The dispute and the replies
In a Winshark case discussing December 2024 transactions, a player reported difficulty completing verification and delays to instalment withdrawals. A reply published under the casino representative’s name attributed the initial delay to verification and the finance team’s working calendar. Winshark’s terms, read on 3 October 2026, describe the same two stages, but the case does not show which rules applied to that account.
Resolution has a specific meaning here
The player in the Winshark case later confirmed that instalments had started arriving, while noting that further payments remained. AskGamblers closed the complaint as resolved following that confirmation. The closure does not demonstrate that the entire original balance was received, nor establish a typical withdrawal time for other customers.
What to clarify: For a balance paid in instalments, distinguish the first successful payment from completion of the whole schedule. Ask for your account level, the remaining balance and the next payment date in writing; at levels 1–10 the terms allow EUR 500 a day. This historical case adds context; it cannot settle whether Winshark is safe or suitable for you.

Two Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) records name the same company for winshark.com but describe its licence differently, so read them together. Both were checked on 3 October 2026; the certificate showed the same fields at our first check on 23 September 2026.

We have not established why the certificate and the register differ, and we do not infer a renewal date; our Curaçao register data shows how many other licences carry the same status. The authority's register notice cautions that its overviews do not guarantee current validity. Sources: the domain certificate and the register dated 2 October 2026, which was the authority’s latest on 3 October 2026. Winshark’s own terms name no company: like TuffPuff’s, they describe a company registered in Cyprus with gambling services from a parent company in Curaçao (clause 1.1).
